SaaS pricing, plainly explained
Most business software vendors make you book a call before they will tell you the price. This site collects what they do publish — plan names, billing metrics, free tiers and add-on fees — and states plainly when a number is official and when it comes from somewhere else.

Why pricing pages are often empty
There is a reason so much business software has no rate card. Enterprise vendors price on volume, contract length and how hard you negotiate. Publishing a single number would either mislead small buyers or hand competitors a benchmark to undercut. So the price becomes a sales conversation, and the buyer spends weeks on demos before the first honest figure arrives.
That does not mean nothing is knowable. Vendors usually do publish the parts that are not negotiable: the billing metric, the plan structure, what the free tier includes and which modules cost extra. Those are the things that actually let you model a budget before you talk to anyone.
How we label every number
Each figure on this site falls into one of three buckets, and it is labelled at the point where it appears:
- Vendor-published — taken from the vendor's own pricing page or an official document hosted on their site.
- Public third-party — from procurement listings, reseller price lists or analyst research. Always marked as third-party on the row itself.
- Not available — the vendor does not publish it, so we say so rather than filling the gap.
What this site is not
- Not a quote. Only the vendor can price their product.
- Not a review site. We do not rank these products against each other, because we have not tested them.
- Not a negotiation service. We publish what is public; we do not broker deals.
- Not always current. Vendors change prices without notice. Every page carries the date its source was retrieved — check that date first.
